Director of Operations
Jessica has been a part of the Lavoro entities since 2020 and became Lavoro’s Director of Operations in 2022. She oversees Lavoro’s Field, Front and Back Office teams, ensuring that our day-to-day operations align with our company’s goals as well as our clients’ needs.

Accounting Manager
As Lavoro’s Accounting Manager, Rani oversees the daily accounting needs of the company, including preparing our financial statements, managing our budget, and performing internal controls.

As our Chief Financial Officer, Jason Howell oversees Lavoro’s finance team and financial operations. He is responsible for our financial health and financial strategy, optimizing our fiscal operations and financial decisions to ensure Lavoro meets our company goals.

President
RJ founded Lavoro Services Corp in 2017 to become a dedicated provider of union labor services to the construction industry. As Lavoro’s President, RJ provides strategic direction implementing the company’s vision. RJ also maintains strong client relationships and client satisfaction.

Account Manager
Kiana has advanced roles since starting with Lavoro’s operations team in 2022. As our Account Manager, Kiana is responsible for managing and nurturing our relationships with Lavoro’s existing clients, as well as for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Payroll & Billing Specialist
Since joining Lavoro in 2018, Celine has been responsible for managing and processing payroll for our laborers, as well as maintaining employee records and payroll reporting. She also manages our company’s billing processes.
